Freezed on the logo page/Failed to enter the Home page

When your phone get freezed on the logo page, that usually caused by downloading malicious or incompatible software. 

• You could try to take out the battery and put it back again. Then try to turn on the phone and check if it works.

If this doesn’t work, it may caused by incompatible software that you downloaded, or there are too many software in usage at the backstage.

• How to resolve this?

• First step, power off the phone ，press “down volume button” , then press “power off button” slightly for 1 to 2 seconds to enter into ”MTK” model.

• Second step, choose “wipe date factory reset” to restore factory settings.
